It’s a SIGN OF THE TIMES!
AcehardwareAce Hardware and Lexington Suites new signs are in full compliance with The City’s new sign ordinance.

Close to being correct and waiting for a few adjustments or variance applications are Metz and Hyatt Place and Dollar  General.

A sign for commercial zoning is 8 foot in height and 8 foot in width.  48 square feet.  Shopping Center, Hotel and Multifamily vary in size.
Remember The Non-Conforming Sign Removal Incentive Grant Program is a dollar for dollar (50-50) matching grant, capped according to type and size of business.  Hotels can get a grant of up to $6,500.  All signs must be in compliance by April 10, 2022.
